❄️ Steps to Freeze a BMO Card
- Open the BMO mobile banking app or visit online banking
- Log in with your username and password
- Go to “Accounts” or “Cards” section
- Select the debit or credit card you want to freeze
- Tap on “Manage Card”
- Click “Freeze Card” or “Lock Card”
- Confirm the action
- Your BMO card is now temporarily frozen
🔓 Steps to Unfreeze a BMO Card
- Open the BMO mobile app or online banking
- Log in to your account
- Go to Cards or Account Settings
- Select your frozen BMO card
- Tap “Unfreeze Card” or “Unlock Card”
- Confirm your request
- Your BMO card is active again and ready to use
